At the beginning of 2015, the aletto Hotel Kudamm commissioned us with the redesign and implementation of the outdated and not mobile usable website. The goal was to create a completely responsive website that presents the hotel in a contemporary way and displays important information. The main focus was to be on optimal usability in order to increase the conversion rate (bookings).

Into the future with a flexible website

What questions have we asked ourselves?

  • How do we increase bookings via the website?
  • How do we increase the user's dwell time?
  • How do we optimally present the website on mobile devices?

The backend

The aletto hotel can easily add future hotels to the chain via the TYPO3 backend. All room categories of the hotel can be integrated separately. Matching icons, images, videos and prices can be stored for each room. Furthermore, the aletto team can integrate new points of interest into the Google Maps map and thus offer the user a clear added value (increase of dwell time).

Another highlight of the website is the testimonial upload form for website visitors, who can send their feedback to the aletto hotel with just one click. After activation, the customer opinion is immediately visible in the frontend.

Promoting special promotions - landing pages

In the future, specially designed landing pages will be used to advertise monthly promotions, with a focus on good findability on Google.
