What is innovative onboarding?
The onboarding process is a user's first impression and, if well designed, increases the likelihood of successful registration. When a user installs coopz for the first time, the onboarding process takes on a very important role in the user experience, as information must be stored that is difficult to obtain later. This can be profile pictures, personal data or locations.
Homepage
After logging in, the user is taken directly to the user profile, which is also the start page of the app. Here, various profiles are presented one after the other, according to the filter settings and the onboarding process, which the user can either approve or reject with a swipe.
It's a match!
As soon as two profiles have found each other, this results in a match and the matching overlay appears on both sides to notify the user. Now he/she can decide for him/herself if he/she wants to write a message or search for further matches.
Locations
On this screen, several locations can be created that the user likes. Profiles that are currently in the vicinity of these locations are then displayed. This gives the user an even larger pool of suggestions to find THE perfect match.
Chat experience of the new generation!
The most important channel to get in touch with other users is the chat. Here the user sees when other users like photos or interests. As soon as 2 users favorite each other, it's a match! The chat interface is clean and modern.
Users can carry out many interactions on the profiles. It is possible, for example, to favourite other people, to distribute likes on photos or to discover the most popular locations.
In the profile, you can discover funny answers that the user has previously given to a creative question.
When editing their own profile, the user receives an overview (percentage status bar) of how much information they have already entered.
Here the user can answer 3 questions, which will later appear in their profile. In addition, interests, among other things, can be edited.
If the user is in edit mode, the pages are coloured blue. The user has the possibility to choose from over 100 interests to get perfect matches with other users later.
